Your company's records could be worth $100K to $5M.

Three quick questions. About a minute.
Book a call
A short call with a data specialist: what your data could be worth and what happens next.
Written offer
You get the offer in writing and choose exactly which systems and date ranges are included. No obligation until you sign.
De-identified, then paid
The buyer's team removes every name, client and account number. You're paid once the AI lab accepts the data.
If your software kept it,
a lab may want it.
Email and calendar
Client threads, vendor coordination, scheduling.
Documents and files
SOPs, proposals, templates, contracts, project files.
Chat and collaboration
Channels, threads and project boards.
Calls and transcripts
Recorded meetings, sales calls, support calls.
CRM and sales
Pipelines, quotes, support tickets.
Billing and operations
Invoices, payroll, payments, designs and job files.
Nothing leaves until you say yes.
You approve the exact systems and date ranges in writing, and every person, client and account number is removed before delivery.
Two very different outcomes.
$100K to $5M is an indicative range, not an offer or a typical amount. Every offer depends on a review of your systems, your data volume and the buyer's acceptance.
Questions owners usually ask.
Still unsure? Take the one-minute check. It's free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Why would anyone pay for our records?
The public internet has already been used to train today's AI. The next leap needs records of how real companies operate, and those can't be scraped. They have to be licensed.
Do we give up ownership of our data?
No. You license a copy. Your original records stay in your systems, untouched, and you keep using them exactly as before.
Can we choose what's included?
Yes. You approve the specific systems and date ranges in writing before anything is exported. You can leave out any inbox, folder, tool or period.
Will our clients or employees be identifiable?
No. Every person, company, address and account number in the agreed copy is replaced with a placeholder or removed before delivery. Highly sensitive fields like payment and Social Security numbers are removed entirely.
How is the final offer determined?
The final offer follows a review of your actual systems and data volume, and it's in writing before you agree to anything.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. There are no fees, and you're never invoiced. The time cost is a few hours from whoever administers your systems.
How does Renaissance Data Lab make money?
The buyer pays us a finder's fee when a deal closes. It doesn't come out of your offer, and we disclose it to you in writing before you sign.
Are we legally allowed to license our data?
That depends on your industry and your contracts, and we don't give legal advice. Firms with confidentiality duties should check with their own counsel. The buyer's legal team reviews scope with you before any export.
Does the check commit me to anything?
No. It's free, takes about a minute, and you can walk away at any point before signing.
